“Shine a Light” World Tour to stop in Jacksonville May 6

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.– Bold Events and Live Nation today announced that Grammy-winning singer/songwriter Bryan Adams will add seven U.S. appearances to his “Shine a Light” World Tour, including a show in Jacksonville this spring.  Adams is scheduled to perform at Daily’s Place on Monday, May 6 at 8 p.m. Tickets for the newly announced performance will go on sale to the general public at www.dailysplace.com beginning Friday, Feb. 22 at noon. Jags365 and Daily’s Rewards Members will have access to presale tickets beginning Thursday, Feb. 21 at 10 a.m. For complete ticket information, including all presales and ticket prices, please click here

 

Armed with a career spanning over four decades and a signature brand of feel-good Rock ’n’ Roll hits, Canadian icon Adams will release his brand-new album, ‘Shine A Light,’ on March 1. The album title will be the lead single from the record and was co-written with singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran.  

 

Adams is known for hit singles “(Everything I Do) I Do It For You,” “Summer Of ’69” and his Rod Stewart and Sting collaboration, “All For Love.” The Grammy-winning artist has seen success from a string of number 1 hits in over 40 countries and has sold an excess of 65 million records worldwide. 

 

Since its grand opening in May 2017, Daily’s Place has become the leading destination for live entertainment and events in Northeast Florida.  Adjacent to TIAA Bank Field, the home of the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars, the state-of-the-art venue encompasses a 5,500-seat covered amphitheater and flex field, which serves as both an indoor team practice facility and public event space.
