DAILY’S PLACE TO WELCOME SARA BAREILLES THIS FALL

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.– Bold Events and Live Nation today announced that Grammy, Tony and Emmy award-nominated singer, songwriter, actress and author Sara Bareilles will make her Daily’s Place debut this fall.  Bareilles will bring her “Amidst the Chaos Tour” to Daily’s Place on Friday, November 22 at 8 p.m. Tickets for the newly-announced performance will go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, April 12 at 10 a.m. For complete ticket information, including ticket prices, please click here

 

The tour brings Bareilles on the road in support of her fifth full-length album, “Amidst The Chaos,” which was just released last Friday to rave reviews. This marks her first album of original material since 2013.

 

Bareilles first achieved mainstream critical praise in 2007 with her widely-successful hit, "Love Song,” which reached No. 1 in 22 countries around the world from her debut album “Little Voice.” Since then, Sara has received seven Grammy nominations throughout her career, including Song of the Year and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for “Love Song” and one Album of the Year for her highly acclaimed third studio album, “The Blessed Unrest.”  

 

Making her Broadway debut, Sara composed the music and lyrics for “Waitress,” for which she received her first Tony Award nomination for Best Score and a 2017 Grammy Award nomination for Best Musical Theater Album. She also made her Broadway acting debut in 2017 by stepping into the lead role in “Waitress.” 

 

Since its grand opening in May 2017, Daily’s Place has become the leading destination for live entertainment and events in Northeast Florida.  Adjacent to TIAA Bank Field, the home of the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars, the state-of-the-art venue encompasses a 5,500-seat covered amphitheater and flex field, which serves as both an indoor team practice facility and public event space. A partnership between the Jaguars and the City of Jacksonville, Daily’s Place has hosted nearly 320,000 music fans at more than 60 shows to date, including performances by Dave Matthews and Tim ReynoldsSting and ShaggyDierks BentleyPost Malone and Santana.  Daily’s Place has also welcomed an additional 115,000 guests for non-musical events in the amphitheater and flex field, such as Florida-Georgia and TaxSlayer Gator Bowl festivities and Jaguars games.
