Tickets for “Peter Frampton Finale—The Farewell Tour” go on sale March 1

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.– Live Nation and Bold Events today announced that Peter Frampton will perform at Daily’s Place on Wednesday, September 4 at 7:30 p.m.as part of “Peter Frampton Finale—The Farewell Tour.” He’ll be joined by special guest Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening.  Tickets for the show will go on sale to the general public at www.dailysplace.com beginning on Friday, March 1 at 10 a.m.  Jags365 and Daily’s Rewards Members will have access to presale tickets beginning Thursday, February 28 at 10 a.m. For complete ticket information, including all presales and ticket prices, please click here. 


At age 16, Frampton was lead singer and guitarist for British band The Herd. At 18, he co-founded one of the first super-groups, seminal rock act Humble Pie. His session work includes collaborations with such legendary artists as George Harrison, Harry Nilsson, David Bowie, Jerry Lee Lewis, Ringo Starr, John Entwistle, Mike McCready and Matt Cameron (Pearl Jam), among many others.


Frampton released his first solo project, “The Wind of Change” in 1971 and went on to produce numerous other successful albums. In 2007, he won the Grammy Award for “Best Pop Instrumental Album” for “Fingerprints” and in 2014, Frampton was inducted into the Musicians Hall of Fame. He recently celebrated the 42nd anniversary of his fifth solo album, “Frampton Comes Alive!,” which remains one of the top-selling live records of all time, with over 17 million copies sold worldwide.
