Daily’s Place PSL Program
PSL stands for “Personal Seat License” which, in exchange for a fee, gives the license holder the right to purchase tickets for certain events at Daily’s Place. The terms and conditions set forth on this page govern PSL purchases and the PSL holder’s rights and obligations associated therewith. As a PSL holder, you have the right to purchase tickets for your PSL seats for each publicly-ticketed concert in Daily’s Place that is promoted by Bold Events, LLC (“Bold Events”) and for which Bold Events has the right to grant tickets to you (each, an “Event”), subject to relocation from time to time in accordance with the terms set forth herein and in your Ticketmaster Account Manager. PSL rights do not apply to any other events that may be held at Daily’s Place, including events for which the City of Jacksonville is the designated promoter of such events.
You acknowledge and understand that if your PSL seats are located in the Orchestra section of Daily’s Place, such PSL seats may be unavailable for certain Events designated by Bold Events in its sole discretion. For such Events in which your PSL seats are unavailable, you shall have the right to purchase general admission tickets in the same quantity for such Event. You acknowledge that general admission tickets may be standing room only. You will not have the right to purchase your PSL seats or to receive any tickets or other benefits for any event at Daily’s Place that is not expressly referenced in this paragraph, unless separately purchased by you. For purposes of clarity, your purchase of a PSL does not include the right to purchase any tickets or parking passes for any events held at Daily’s Place (including events where the City of Jacksonville is the designated promoter of such events) other than the Events. Subject to Bold Events having the right to sell your PSL Seats for a particular event in which Bold Events is not the designated promoter, during the Term (as defined herein), you shall have the opportunity to purchase the right to use the PSL Seats for events other than the Events held at Daily’s Place (each, an “Other Event”) at a price, by the deadline, and pursuant to such other terms set by Bold Events. If you do not purchase the PSL seats for such Other Event by the deadline established by Bold Events, then the use of the PSL seats for such Other Events shall revert to Bold Events and Bold Events shall be free to sell the right to use the PSL seats to a third party or to otherwise use the PSL seats.
Ticket Purchase Requirements
You have the right to purchase tickets (at the price and by the deadline established by Bold Events) for your PSL seats for each Event during the period from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 (the “Term”). If you do not purchase such tickets for your PSL seats by the deadline specified by Bold Events for an Event, your PSL for that seat for that Event will terminate and Bold Events will be free to transfer such seat(s) to any third party without any obligation to you.
If you validly exercise your right to purchase such tickets for an Event for your PSL seats and choose to pay by credit or debit card (together with any replacement cards, the “Card”), you agree that Bold Events may automatically charge the total amount due for such Event to your Card, and Bold Events shall keep such Card information on your account for future PSL seat purchases. If your Card on file is declined or not accepted by the Card issuer, you authorize Bold Events to automatically attempt the charge again on the first, third, and fifth days following the date that the Card was initially declined or rejected. You shall pay a $15.00 processing fee for any charges that are initially declined or otherwise are not accepted by the issuer of the Card. You shall still be responsible for such payment and all future payments due hereunder or in connection with your individual PSL seat purchases. All payments made by you shall be made without offset, deduction or counterclaim. Bold Events may elect to charge you a late fee of 1% per month (or, if lesser, the maximum amount permitted by law) for any late payment then due and owing until such payment is paid in full. You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the Card so as to enable Bold Events to receive the payments throughout the Term. Should the Card be suspended or terminated, you will provide Bold Events with another Card to which such payments can be charged. You shall provide Bold Events with your billing information as it may be changed from time to time, including mailing address, phone number and email address. By providing your Card information, you represent and warrant to Bold Events that you are the owner of the Card or authorized to make the purchase and you have not obtained the Card by fraudulent means.
When you purchase a PSL, you are stating, among other things, that you are not acquiring the PSL as an investment and you have no expectation of profit as a PSL holder. No representations or warranties are made regarding the present or future value of PSLs or their marketability. The PSL is not intended to be an investment and should not be purchased for that reason.
PSL holders have the right to transfer or assign a PSL with Bold Events’ prior written consent, subject to the guidelines established by Bold Events. Once you transfer a PSL, you no longer have any rights associated with the seat(s) for which the PSL applied. A transfer fee determined by Bold Events may be required to transfer a PSL. Transfers are effective when the transferee has assumed all obligations set forth herein and in the Ticketmaster Account Manager and the transfer has been recorded by Bold Events.
Below, you will find instructions to purchase tickets that coordinate with your PSL seat locations:
1. Visit www.dailysplace.com/myaccount.
2. Sign in using your E-Mail Address and password OR click on “Forgot Password”to create a new one.
3. Once logged in, go to the “Right of First Refusal” section on the right hand side and you will see the offers currently available to you.
4. Each event ticket(s) will need to be accepted or declined. Every event accepted will be added to your cart.
5. Once in your cart, select “MOBILE”as the delivery method.
*Please note that once you decline an offer, that offer will disappear and cannot be retrieved.
6. Click “Continue Shopping”until you have gone through ALL events for which you have made a decision.
*Please note that if you do not make a decision on the offer immediately, you will have until the offer expires to make your selection. If you do not make a selection, tickets will be released at the time of the expiration.
7. Once you have accepted or declined all events for which you’ve made a decision, click "CHECKOUT" to make your payment.
You may notice there are still fees associated your transaction. As a PSL Member, these fees average $10 less per ticket that any method by which to purchase seats. Included in your fees are the City Surcharge that is placed on all tickets, as well as the fees for your parking. If you would like to purchase premium parking, please reach out to your Daily’s Place Representative, and they will work to assist.
To view your mobile tickets please follow the steps below:
1. Visit www.dailysplace.com/myaccount on your mobile device.
2. Click "Manage Tickets"
3. Enter your e-mail address and password.
*Please note that if your first time logging in or you do not know your password, click "Forgot Password"*
4. Once in your account, you will see the events currently on your account.
a. Select the event
b. Click "Scan Barcode" to bring up the barcode for entry OR add to mobile wallet
5. To transfer your tickets, press the "send" icon on the bottom of the screen.
a. Select the seat(s) you wish to transfer and press send
b. Enter the recipient info on the following page and press send
i. The recipient will either login or create an account
ii. If you need to cancel the ticket offer (before it is accepted by the
recipient) click RECLAIM to have the tickets placed back into account
*Please note that the transfer process can also be completed via your desktop but all tickets must be presented at the gate on a mobile device or with QR code. Please do not print these tikets, printed tickets will not be accepted at the gate.
